Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Yes we do. We offer free shipping to the whole world.
How much is standard shipping?
Nothing. We offer free shipping on all orders.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders placed before 4PM (CET) is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4PM or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping:
- Europe 4-8 business days
- World 6-12
Express shipping:
- Europe 3-6 business days
- World 4-8 business days
Can I track my order?
Only orders placed with “Traceable Express Shipping” can be tracked. A tracking ID is sent via email.
I’ve not received my order, what should I do?
If it’s been less than 14 business days your order is still most likely on it’s way to you. If you’ve still not received your order after 14 business days please contact us at info(at)blvckout.com .

You can choose from a number of common currencies at the bottom of our page. You’ll always be charged in the currency used when checking out. No fees or exchange costs are added.
Are there any other fees when placing an order?
No. All you pay is the price you see at checkout. We have no fees for handling, standard shipping or anything similar.

Can I wear my bracelet in the show? Or when sleeping?
As any piece of jewelry we recommend wearing your BLVCKOUT product with care. We don’t recommend using it when; swimming, showering, sporting or sleeping.
What material is the product made of?
This is specified in the product description on every product respectively.
How do I redo the know on my anchor bracelet?
The knot is tied as shown on the image below. The knot is the same in both ends of your bracelet.
